What We Do

The Kansas Assistance Network, LLC (K.A.N.) is a Kansas health insurance agency and subsidiary of the nonprofit 501 c3, Community Health Council of Wyandotte County (CHC). Previously made up of Marketplace assisters, KAN’s agents provide unbiased enrollment assistance and community outreach for Kansas health insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace. We offer health literacy education to help families know how and where to get healthcare while providing additional social service resources to improve their daily lives.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.

We do represent all of the major carriers in the area and should another plan seem to better meet your needs, we will connect you with the appropriate resources.
