Carolina Biagi

Carolina Biagi is a licensed health insurance agent and the Program Manager for the Kansas Assistance Network, LLC and provides support to CHC’s Community Health Workers. Carolina has a five-year background in Community Health, immigrant health and resource allocation. She dedicates her time to ensuring immigrant populations receive supportive care in a respectful manner and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Carolina resides in the KC Metro area with her husband and son.
Ricardo Ortiz

Ricardo Ortiz is a licensed health insurance agent and the Community Health Specialist at the Community Health Council of Wyandotte County. Ricardo has a background in U.S. politics from the University of Kansas. As Community Health Specialist Ricardo co-leads Servicing LIPPS, the civic engagement initiative of the Health Equity Action Transformation Community Action Board (H.E.A.T. CAB). Ricardo also co-leads the Healthy Environment Coalition (HEC), which works on issues related to environmental justice issues in Wyandotte County.

Molly Gotobed is a licensed health insurance agent and Program Director at the Community Health Council of Wyandotte County. She developed and coordinates the Kansas Assistance Network. Molly’s background is in Community Health Education and healthcare navigation with 8 years’ work experience specific to the community health and health insurance needs of Wyandotte County. She has led the coordinated enrollment effort in her bi-county area since 2015.
Molly has an insight to the pulse of community needs as her work focuses on ensuring access to care and providing health literacy education in vulnerable and underserved areas. In addition, she leads CHC’s efforts in substance exposure and mental health services. She resides in the KC Metro area with her husband, son and pack of 4 unruly dogs.
