"I didn't even know I was eligible but KAN helped me with my application and I was approved. My family really needed the help!" - Brandy M.

The Kansas Assistance Network (K.A.N.) is a collaborative and coordinated effort of Johnson and Wyandotte County, Kansas based health care providers, social services, and local government to perform outreach and assist with enrollment in health insurance like Marketplace and Medicaid along with social services.

The Kansas Assistance Network will help you determine what insurance programs you're eligible for and walk you through the application process.

We realize it's hard to think about your health if your family has other unmet needs. KAN members will work to connect you with resources like food pantries, employer assistance programs and utility assistance so you can stress less and focus on more important things.

Health insurance and using health care services can be confusing. Not fully understanding your plan can leave you with surprise medical bills. For this reason, KAN provides one-on-one and groups education about health insurance along with where and when to get health care.
